Holding both a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Social Work. Mr. Torres engineers corporate solutions that combine rigorous operational metrics with dynamic human capital management. Under his leadership at the firm's River Forest headquarters, Vector Federal LLC maintains a relentless focus on quality assurance, cross-cultural communication, and measurable bureaucratic execution.
